- An opening video is not mandatory for ring size exchanges
Quality Verification
- All exchange requests are subject to quality verification
- Products must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
- Original packaging, box, pouch, tags, and invoice must be intact
Sushmé925 reserves the right to approve or decline an exchange based on verification results.
Exchange Process
- Once an exchange request is approved, detailed instructions will be shared over email
- Customers are required to follow the shared process to proceed further
- Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer
- Replacement products are dispatched only after successful quality verification
- Delivery timelines for exchanged products may vary based on location
Store Credit (If Exchange Product Is Unavailable)
If the requested exchange product is unavailable:
- A store credit equal to the product value will be issued
- Store credit:
- Has no expiry date
- Can be used on any future purchase on Sushmé925
- Is non-transferable and non-encashable
This ensures your purchase value is always retained.
Non-Exchangeable Cases
Exchanges will not be accepted if:
- Requests are raised after 48 hours
- Required proof is missing or incomplete
- The product shows signs of wear, misuse, or alteration
- Original packaging or tags are missing
- The issue is due to normal wear and tear
- Free gifts or promotional items are involved
Cancellation Policy
- Order cancellations are accepted only before the order is shipped
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated
